Ayurveda – Vedic Breathwork – Sound Bath – Soak
(Every 2nd Sunday of the month 8 am – 11 am)
For this Sunday gathering, the first hour includes an Ayurvedic workshop (Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga) focusing on a different topic each month based on the seasons, topics include winter wellness, self-massage, daily rhythm & ritual, cleansing & reset rituals, summer wellness, digestion & food as medicine, the mind, emotions & the subtle body, etc). The second hour includes learning and practising Vedic Breathwork, also known as Pranayama in Sanskrit, a practice rooted in Ayurvedic and yogic traditions that involves consciously manipulating the breath to improve physical and mental well-being. The Ayurvedic workshop & breathwork will be facilitated by Emma Herbert, Founder of Emma Lifestyle Alchemy. These workshops are a journey into Ayurveda as a form of sacred self-care and well-being. Followed by a restorative sound bath where you’re immersed in therapeutic sounds with instruments that include Rainbow Sounds crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, all designed to promote relaxation and well-being. The last hour includes exclusive access to a guided bathhouse experience rotating as a group using the cedarwood traditional sauna, an invigorating cold plunge, and our mineral-enriched hot spa will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
