Mindful Yoga – Sound Journey – Soak

For this Sunday morning gathering, the first two hours we will ground with connection to breath, then a mindful, somatic Yoga practice. For the sound element, a minimum of ten world instruments will be selected and performed with voice accompaniment, to add to this unique cultural sound experience. The Sound Journey is facilitated by Gabriela Groom, Founder of Nawi Wellness, she’s a creative sharing Yoga & Mindfulness and a singer and multi-instrumentalist. Sound Journeys can bring many benefits, including reduced stress, improved sleep, and pain relief. It can also help with anxiety, mood swings, and overall well-being. The last hour includes exclusive access to a special guided bathhouse experience rotating as a group using the cedarwood traditional sauna, invigorating cold plunge and mineral enriched hot spa will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
