TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL CONDUCT

1.1. Healing Garden Bathhouse is a mobile phone device-free zen space. The use of mobile phones, cameras, or any electronic devices is strictly prohibited.

1.2. Guests are required to maintain a quiet atmosphere at all times; silence is mandatory in the steam sauna.

1.3. Smoking, as well as the bringing of glass, alcohol, drugs, or illicit substances, is strictly prohibited within the premises.

1.4. Guests must wear appropriate swimwear unless otherwise specified for certain sessions.

1.5. Admission is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and over, except when accompanied by two guests aged 16 years or older.

1.6. Guests must shower with soap before using any pools, spas, or saunas.

1.7. Guests are required to use a towel to sit on in the saunas.

1.8. Long hair must be tied up, and guests should avoid using makeup or skin products that could dissolve in our pools.

2. HEALTH AND SAFETY

2.1. Guests must notify Healing Garden Bathhouse at the time of booking if they have any mobility challenges, balance issues, or health conditions, including but not limited to fever, gastrointestinal issues, hypertension, cancer, hemorrhage risk, anemia, heart conditions, stroke history, pregnancy, liver or kidney problems, circulation issues, neurological conditions, diabetes, or any other medical concerns that could be affected by our amenities (“Reportable Health Conditions”). Healing Garden Bathhouse may require guests to sign a waiver acknowledging these risks.

2.2. The facilities at Healing Garden Bathhouse may not be suitable for individuals with mobility, balance, heart, neurological, or acute health issues. Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk, acknowledging the potential for injury or harm. Guests should exercise caution around all facilities, including steps and platforms, and note that steam saunas have compact entrances and dim lighting.

2.3. Healing Garden Bathhouse does not guarantee any health benefits related to hydrotherapy or temperature-based therapies. Guests should consult their healthcare provider to determine the suitability of our services for their individual health needs.

3. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

3.1. Healing Garden Bathhouse is not liable for the security or loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to leave valuables at home or in their vehicle. Unclaimed lost items will be retained for one month before being donated to charity.

3.2. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows or late arrivals (more than 15 minutes late) will incur the full session charge.

3.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healing Garden Bathhouse disclaims all implied or express conditions, guarantees, or warranties.

3.4. Healing Garden Bathhouse excludes any liability to guests or third parties for personal injury, death, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost income, business interruption, lost profits, data, use, privacy, or goodwill) arising from the use of our facilities and services. The total liability of Healing Garden Bathhouse shall not exceed the amounts paid by the guest in the last 12 months. Guests agree that these limitations are reasonable and reflect a fair allocation of risks.

4. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. Healing Garden Bathhouse reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who appears intoxicated, behaves abusively, harasses others, shows symptoms of contagious or offensive conditions, or engages in dangerous activities.

4.2. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

4.3. Facility closures may occur due to maintenance, safety concerns, private events, or capacity limits.

5. INDEMNITY

5.1. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Garden Bathhouse, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors (collectively, the “Indemnified”) from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the guest’s use of our facilities and services or any breach of these terms and conditions. This indemnity remains effective even after the termination of these terms.

6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

6.1. By accessing our services, guests confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The use of Healing Garden Bathhouse’s facilities and services is at the guest’s own risk, intended solely for relaxation and leisure purposes.
